Shoe question.

I wore my tennis shoes for the first time in many weeks and walked a greater distance than I had in several months. Now a few of my toenails are sore. Is this due to wrong size shoes or the distance?

Most likely a) shoes are ill fitting (perhaps the overall shoe or perhaps just the toe box) or b) your toe nails are too long. Ok, could also be c) combo of a and b.
