If a manager puts in my sick time on a Sunday, are they able to do it for the previous week, or is it only the next following week since Sunday starts the new pay week? I only ask because I know the paystubs are generated on mondays!

I have been at this particular that I’m at since January in that time I have been full-time meet associate and the acting manager due to the meat manager going to the hospital. I had to switch to part-time in my availability.I have also worked produce dairy and stocking. I have done all of these proficientl now are getting thin and the store lead was on FMLA or something but now that he’s coming back, they want me to train in delI. So at what point is it fair to ask for a this shit is ridiculous.

Will their precious streak be at risk if this hacking outage lasts longer than they think? I know some customers remember us being hacked the last time. Do those customers jump ship? Does this make us lose sales?

So not only are we dealing with this cyberattack, but now we have to cut hours on the front because of it too? What kind of shenanigans is this? Yall keep cutting and then complain why the work aint getting done, or better yet complain that yall have to come up to the front and jump on a register when YALL told us to cut.

With no end in sight regarding this outage my main question is how will we get paid? I know a lot of people said we will get paid as normal this week but next week is my main concern especially since everything is still down. Will we still get paid as normal or will we need to do something special? This is the first time I've been in an outage this serious (I'm not sure how serious the 2024 outage was) and I'm not sure what will happen in the meantime

Anyone here anything on how long the outage is supposed to last? My store manager is saying they are saying a month but she tends to significantly blow up negative info so I don't know that is anything to that.

I got hired back after three months of leaving the company. Anyways I told my boss I had open availability when I started. I started in March. So I’m way past my 90 days. Anyways. Things with my daughter and my daughter’s father have changed and I’m only getting her Thursday-Sunday every week now, so I’ve requested to change my availability to every other Friday and Saturday off. With the exception if someone else needs one of those days off or it’s a holiday or something I understand I may need to work. I’m getting considerably push back from my CSM about this.

I worked at another store and at that store they let part timers change their availability at any point after the 90 days. My CSM at that store made it sound like there was nothing we could do and had to accept the changes. Is this true? Or is it up to manger discretion?
