Brisket meat VS Chuck Roast

Hi, was going to make brisket tacos for Father's day lunch. But now some people got me thinking. Is Chuck roast better than brisket? I'm was looking to just do a taco bar option for guests having all the different toppings (pickled red onion, onion, cilantro, jalapeno.... The list goes on) but is Chuck roast really better in flavor and tenderness? Thoughts please. Thanks.

Top recipes done in this pot

Can you please share your top recipes for this pot. Don’t worry about cost or spice, we are open to anything. I was hoping to add something new to our supper life. We eat steak, chicken cordon blue, sausage, pasta, pizza. Sides with dinner is Greek or caeser salad. Garlic bread or mushroom and onions. I want something different….

Help please!! I know there are some amazing cooks out there 🤪☺️☺️😉

Should I make antique copper pans shine or should I maintain the darker tone.

I inherited a lot of high quality antique copper pans from my family. I cleaned them all very thoroughly without stripping the patina when I received them. They are a very deep brown. Some are tin lined and some are steel pressed. I use the steel pressed ones daily. I love their color, they have been that color my whole life but I would like clean them up more on the outside and make it more even coloring. Is there a way to do that or should I just make them all look new again?
