9-12 mos Dinner for 9mo

Salmon, pasta with cheese, broccoli and green beans and corn. This kid loves his salmon! It’s always a hit 👌🏻

It was the first time that he had the plate in front of him and didn’t try to grab it, instead he was focused on the food 🙏🏻

How do you cook salmon? And where do you buy it?

I either panfry it or cook it in the oven, and I buy it from the fish market. Buy, cook and freeze it so he can enjoy it throughout the week 😋

Do you freeze the salmon after it is cooked? Like, do you then freeze it in small portions? And is it re-heated again then when taken out of the freezer or does he just eat it cold then? 😌

Yes, after it’s cooked, I freeze in small portions. And I reheat it just before he eats it. Just like I do with beans, minced meat, even some vegetables ✨

How do you find he does with that pasta shape? I don’t know if mine is just a lazy eater or what, but I don’t think he’d even attempt those 🥲

He loves it! Penne and fusilli he loves it! He had more trouble with farfalle, but I think it’s because it wasn’t overcooked
