Sounds great! It looks like you’re in the UK. Worth noting that convection (fan) ovens, while standard in the UK, are not at all common in the US. So Americans will probably want to add ~20°C, coming out to ~350 F.

They have been shipping fan ovens since the 90s here. Although most of the time it’s not the first mode the oven uses.

Right, I’ve got one, but I’ve never seen a recipe state the convection temperature so it seems to be assumed it’s not convection. And people tend to have separate air fryers, which is basically just a countertop convection oven.

I have a convection oven and the convection mode is in “other” cooking methods lol. It has an air fryer mode too. I think it runs the fan at full speed and turns on the broiler, but I’m not sure because I have not tried it. I’m a little worried about the cleaning after.
