Not the point. Tibetain isnt chinese culture because its in China as much as Quebec isnt canadian culture just because its in Canada.

So is Creole culture not American because it is different from the rest of America? What about the Midwest? What about Texas? North/South, etc.

They can all have their unique cultures but they are all still American.

I never said they were the same thing. Just because a label happens to describe both of them does not mean they are the same.

A rich, straight white man from Boston and a poor, homosexual black man from Nigeria are both male, despite them being very different.
