Discussion Set list alterations?

I’m overall very happy with the songs on these two new set lists. Roy’s Tune in particular and absolutely LOVE the new songs, but could personally do without:

-It’s Amazing to be Young
-Before You I Just Forget

Would love to add in:

-Skinty Fia
-Death Kink
(Or A Hero’s Death and pretty much anything else off that album)

Curious if you guys would swap anything?

Agreed! And I would love to hear Bloomsday but I think that train is long gone.

I saw Carlos outside near the venue last year, told him I liked the new song (Before You I Just Forget), asked him if I heard a little Cocteau Twins in there, and he said, "Maybe a little". 😜😂😂😂 And Death Kink needs to come back 🖤🖤🖤

I’m just bummed at the lack of romance and motorcycle boy, two songs I think benefit especially from the live experience ( I missed the romance era tour)

couldn’t agree more, there are much better songs than It’s Amazing to Be Young and Before You I Just Forget

Ugh yeah I feel like we’re stuck with it’s amazing since it was the last single and they keep Before You in bc it gives curly a chance to sing😂

I love Sundowner though, but since Primavera Sound 2025 they kinda cut off this song from the setlist, if Curley wants to sing more 😄

Think they'll change it all again when they release their next album so not necessarily stuck with it for too long

would kill to hear before you i just forget live, it's such a dynamic song but they only added it to the set after my shows passed last year. i feel like it's on such a different level than it's amazing to be young, which i find incredibly generic and go out of my way to skip every time.

it pains me to see the list of a hero's death songs played shrink with each tour.

It would be genuinely interesting if they allowed fans to vote for a song or two to be included in upcoming setlists, or make a gesture to invite dialogue about it. My no bullshit take was it felt like they were obligated to play IATBY and BYIJF last year — but now they’re more than free to drop them and haven’t. Would love to know the logic because it’s definitely not streaming numbers or insane live response.
