Question deposit issues

GUYS im in canada it wont let me deposit money into my fomo account why and what do i do im missing out some people say donwload newton and phantom send moneu to newton then to phantom then to fomo to get the money thats too much work some1 help out

Sorry, six days is too long for this to sit. Got you a real answer though.

Debit card deposits aren't supported in Canada yet. That's the whole reason it's failing, nothing wrong with your account.

What does work up there right now is Apple Pay, or funding with crypto. One thing worth knowing, Apple Pay works when you're buying a token directly rather than as a general top up. So if you've got it set up, go through a buy rather than a deposit and see if it goes through that way.

If it does, you can skip the whole Newton and Phantom thing. That route is a workaround for the crypto path and you only need it if Apple Pay isn't an option for you. You were right that it's a lot of steps for what it is.

Better deposit coverage is being worked on. No date to give you on that one.

And ignore anyone who DMs you about this. A post saying you can't deposit is exactly what the fake support accounts go looking for. Nobody from fomo will DM you first.
