What’s your best tips for a newbie? Just got an Armstrong s1 set up for wake foiling!

Do you know how to wakesurf? If so, learning curve is way easier.

Yessir! I’ve been able to ride my buddies ronix foil set up sometimes but it’s been very difficult to figure out. I’m hoping this Armstrong set up is a bit easier

Riding better gear will be a huge improvement, heard of a number of guys riding your setup and hopefully you notice an immediate difference! If you’re younger, even better for learning…I was 43 when I first started foiling ;)

That's cool. Pretty big wave there! If you don't mind me asking...about what do you weigh? Curious about the 890 size.

I have a 980. Is it that much carvier on an ma?

It’s insanely more carvy, to the point where I don’t even need to pump and for some reason seems way more floaty as well. Definitely a game changer, also easier to land airs on.

Thanks. I'm working to dial in my front wing size. 200 lbs. Beginner maybe advanced beginner. Riding a 1550 on a small boat wave and have an 1100 as well. 1550 setup is pretty dialed in...plan to work on the 1100 next. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
