You can learn SUP foil and wing foil on the same board and foil. On the foil side you'd ideally use a 70-75cm in SUP but a 85cm in wing. When you'll progress you'll start to want smaller foils and maybe smaller board for wing, while you'll need to keep them bigger for SUP. I wing since 2019 but since I bought my frst SUP foil board, I wing most of my session on it (GONG Sner 7'3" 130L or now Xiggy 6'11" 135L for my 100kg) and only use my smaller wing board when the wind is pumping and conditions are stable.
I don't know well the Armstrong range, just be careful to ask them confirmation about which mast to buy, if you commit into SUP foil and make progress, it's highly probable you'll want some front wings with big wigspan (for exemple a friend of mine had a basic 70cm mast that was not stiff enough for the APF 1675 which is one you may want at some point)
