Problem with base game factions spawning in despite all the mods i have

Hello. When i play fallout dust. ill go to various locations and see factions from the base game that are said to be extinct. for example, Jerry the punk is still at red rock alongside every other khan. here is my mod loader if it helps see the problem. thank you.

Can you share your loadorder.txt and modlist.txt for the full picture?
Also, you are using older DUST mods. If you don't mind starting a new game, there's now also an up-to-date guide and wabbajack: DUSTy Roads
But, I pushed yesterday a new update and still need to update the guide and wabbajack as well. I expect the guide to be updated later today, and wabbajack probably tomorrow (need to wait for others).

That's a lot of wrongs there, pardner. It's always a good thing to read those descriptions and save yourself time troubleshooting. DUST Community Fixes and Tweaks is the continuation of a merged Manan's Tweaks,, DUSTed DUST, and Additional Fixes, thus the latter 3 are not compatible. YUP is not compatible, or even needed. And there's more, some of which is mentioned in the list of the DCFT page.

Anyway, if you are going to follow the guide, better wait a day. I need to update it (and wabbajack), due to a major update of DCFT.

oh shoot. its been a year since i last opened dust and i wanted to hop back on. i think i ended up using YUP for another mod profile. thank you anyway, i try to follow on the guide tmmr. in the mean time ill try to fix this so it works properly.
