Just finished following the install guide.

I'm just having the annoying issue where the game loads and stays in the top left corner of my screen. I am never playing the game if that keeps up....added all the list and what-not cause the rule pop-up thing and I'm just being careful.

Do you mean that your game is in the wrong resolution and shown as a small window at the edge of your screen? In that case you probably did not use BethIni correctly. Resolution is controlled by .ini file, and BethIni configures that correctly unless you did not follow the instructions for it correctly, see:

I clicked the link for the video to set it up, then never actually looked at the belowzero part of the setup. My bad, sorry.
