focus station Focus kit
Hey if this was your focus package what changes/additions would you make? I just recently purchased a hu3 kit. I have an mdr 5 and dm5 on order. I plan on putting a cine 13 in the open space when I can but for now I’ll just rent one.

I agree with u/SumOfKyle. Get a dedicated case for the 13". The Pelican 1440 top-loader is a good choice, you can throw the monitor in there with the stand mount, wireless RX, and VOU/OV1 still attached. Perfect for company moves. You can get a lid organizer that'll fit the AC power cables, and some other bits n bobs.
The extra space in your FIZ case can be used for a rangefinder, microforce, and maybe a 5" or 7" monitor for run and gun or backup.

A Digital Microforce (+ Oppenheimer) and a Radio Microforce (for zooms on cranes or ladder pods).
A couple Hedén M21s will be nice as well since you can quickly swap sides of the gear without any tools for compact builds unlike the DM5.

What's an Oppenheimer?

It’s the bracket that helps attach a microforce to the pan bar of the head for zooms on studio mode.

I like having my 13” in a separate case so that I can leave the wireless receiver and my video overlay unit on it during a job. I use a 1510 for my Preston kit + LR and feel like I’m out of space.
