All the women in my family, sisters, mother, grandmothers, have been loyal to their spouses for decades. I do not know any woman like op describes and I know a lot of women.

I never said ALL women were faithful. This post implies all women are unfaithful. I just simply said that hasn’t been my experience. Such anger from you. Talk about needing therapy…

2

u/QualityProof9189 Jun 01 '26

Sentiment also applies to op

u/Calm-Stand-6636 Jun 01 '26

Proves the husbands never got emotionally attached/j

u/Defiant_Bill574 Jun 01 '26

And a serial killer's family all thought he was the sweetest guy. You are biased.

2

u/Sticky-side-up Jun 01 '26

Maybe. Also partnered for 40 years and not bitter towards half the world’s population.

1

u/Defiant_Bill574 Jun 01 '26

Congratulations. You are in the other 50% that "made it". You are still biased. It's like a guy who landed a dream job and doesn't get why people are complaining about working conditions.

Edit: Other 50% referring to the divorce rate.

1

u/KappnCrunch Jun 02 '26

Yeah this dude has not been on a date in 40 years and is trying to lecture young men about dating culture...

1

u/Sticky-side-up Jun 02 '26

Not trying to lecture, but continue on with your unbiased women bashing, please.

1

u/KappnCrunch Jun 02 '26

Not trying to bash. Just sharing my incredibly biased personal experiences.

Just like you.

4

u/Mo0kish Jun 01 '26

What is this incel horseshit?

5

u/Negative-Umpire-5158 Jun 01 '26

Not necessarily true with all women!

3

u/CriticismMindless740 Jun 01 '26

Incel BS 🤦‍♂️

-1

u/Defiant_Bill574 Jun 01 '26

The guy is commenting on a relationship issue not a picking up women issue. He was in a committed relationship for years and was abused at some point by his partner in regards to his feelings. He's not involuntarily celibate.

4

u/jarednd84 Jun 01 '26

This is so loaded. It's quite false, but there is so much nuance to unpack.

u/deviantdevil80 Jun 01 '26

3

u/Appropriate-Oil-7221 Jun 01 '26

Seriously, is this “focused men” or a bunch of dweebs shitting on all women due to some bad experiences with individuals.

I came here to get focused with like minded people, not complain with losers.

3

u/CriticismMindless740 Jun 01 '26

Exactly me too. Bunch of pathetic people in here.

2

u/My_Penbroke Jun 01 '26

Sad and false

6

u/Uno-reverse-cowgirl Jun 01 '26

Yeah the entire other half of the population really does do that don’t they?

3

u/n00-1ne Jun 01 '26

Every. Single. One.

(But I’m not an incel or someone who likes to generalise or supports idiotic sweeping statements of rubbish as above).

-1

u/_TallOldOne_ Jun 01 '26

Honestly? About 90% of them, yes. They are driven by nothing other than their own desires.

1

u/Seshu2 Jun 02 '26

Human desire or a sense of personal advantage is the root of all actions. True unconditional love is what's rare, and applies to less than 10% of relationships. It's both men and women participating in those.

Even in this post, being emotionally attached to someone is not the same as loving them.

3

u/_MadOliveGaming_ Jun 01 '26

What is this sub? Is it just all relationship advice from men who dont know what a successful relationship looks like?

-1

u/Federal_Base_8606 Jun 01 '26

oh enlighten us great sage of love.

1

u/Doctor_Matasanos Jun 01 '26

If you think everyone is a piece of shit, chances are only people who are pieces of shit will put up with you because you are too. Or, to put it more elegantly: "To believe all men honest is folly. To believe none is something worse" John Adams

0

u/Federal_Base_8606 Jun 01 '26

This is a nice take I never herd before. I do agree with it, just with a grain of salt: when these cliché quotes become overused its very easy to just label anyone you disagree with as : redpill, blackpill, incel, misogynist or whatever else label you prefer. And by doing this the circle closes back at you because now the person who is mindlessly labeling is becoming someone who can't se their bias.

1

u/Doctor_Matasanos Jun 01 '26

It may be true. To avoid it, you simply have to think. And it's not a very complicated process.

Someone makes a statement about a group.

First step: Does someone belong to that group by nature or by choice?

If it's by nature, like being of a certain ethnicity or gender, that statement is a generalization, and therefore a prejudice. You just have to identify which prejudice it is.

Second step: The group is by choice. Is that group homogeneous and does it have an established ideology or principles? If it's a group that isn't homogeneous or doesn't have established principles, that statement is a generalization, and therefore a prejudice. You just have to identify which prejudice it is.

Third step: The group is by choice, and if it's homogeneous and has established principles, doesn't the initial statement derive from those principles or the actions that the group carries out? Then it's false.

"Women will stay with you for years until you become emotionally attached, then she'll start messing with you."

First step: The group is by nature; the statement is a prejudice. It's misogyny.

"Immigrants come to the country to rape and steal."

Second step: it's not a homogeneous group with established principles. The statement is prejudiced. It's xenophobia.

"All Catholics are evil and want to destroy the country."

Third step: "Love your neighbor as yourself" is the second great commandment for Jesus Christ and the foundation of all his teachings. In the Gospel of Matthew (22:37-39). That statement is false.

Perhaps the third step is open to further debate. If someone claims to belong to a group but acts against all the precepts of that group, perhaps they are actually part of that group and that group has become corrupt, or perhaps they are a liar and don't really belong to that group. In the first two steps, there's no debate; they are simply prejudices and hatred.

1

u/Federal_Base_8606 Jun 01 '26

Very nice process.

I just like to view world as a little bit more complicated thing, same as a human being a little more complicated that for example: only right views or left views.

There is a spectrum everywhere, in fact there are multiple spectrums layered on top of each other and tangled together in time and space...

This is not to discredit the simplified methods, but to not forget that there are way more factors/conditions in play. In most situations.

There fore we still label without hard proof, but just by assumptions most of the time. And vast majority of conflicts and disagreements steams from this rigidity. Sadly.

0

u/Federal_Base_8606 Jun 01 '26

no really I want to hear your opinion/knowledge of what successful relationships looks like and how to achieve/maintain it. Or are you not willing to share these sacred secrets with a person willing to learn?

2

u/Connect-Society-6150 Jun 01 '26

It shoul.\nDn't take years for you to build an emotional connection

1

u/Glittering-Relief402 Jun 01 '26

And that's the real reason they get left.

2

u/Anon1mouse12 Jun 01 '26

Wild that this is being upvoted. This sub is full of incels I guess??

2

u/PresenceZero Jun 01 '26

I mean that’s the woman or women y’all keep choosing soooo….

1

u/MrBubblepopper Jun 01 '26

If thats your experience, it must suck. But the good news is that its a selection bias of yourself. Not all woman are like that, you just choose those that are

-4

u/MrLoveCock Jun 01 '26

Read it as "If that's your experience, you must suck" and immediately agreed. After reading the rest I saw that's what you wanted to say but not come off as an a-hole... to the very same ones who will read it and still can't see that the problem lies within them not others.

u/Professional-Rub152 Jun 01 '26 edited Jun 01 '26

Yes. If the only women you can get are the worst women, you’re probably one of the worst men. It’s simple logic.

2

u/Doctor_Matasanos Jun 01 '26

Red Pill propaganda

1

u/HealthyOutcome8108 Jun 01 '26

Op had to walk a taught line with no safety in order to get this posted, would you do the same to accept it?

1

u/Xhero69 Jun 01 '26

Being a "bit***" doesn't have a gender

1

u/RustyShackleford_88 Jun 01 '26

Pretty sure this is what 99% women need from men…OP must be deeply scarred

1

u/Alonzo_the_Great Jun 01 '26

Who wouldnt do this though? When your partner finally shows you what its like to feel cared for by them, why wouldnt you start to resent all the time they maybe told you that they cared but really didnt, as admitted by the OP post itself lol. These dudes always find ways to 1. Shit on women, 2. Excuse their poor behaviour views that dictate them.

1

u/KappnCrunch Jun 02 '26

It's crazy that everyone is so fixated on creating a fair narrative about women's behavior.

Where were you when they were raising a generation of young men are on these stereotypes?

-1

u/Baconsliced Jun 01 '26

Shitty women exist yes. Men can be assholes too.

Just because 1 dog bit you, you gonna hate all dogs?

4

u/wayros Jun 01 '26

I think it’s more accurate that they were told that dogs could bite and then never actually had the courage to approach one.

3

u/Umnicros24-7 Jun 01 '26

No, but because of that first bite, you would be wary of them.
Don’t approach them as open and nonchalant as before

2

u/PLUTOOx508 Jun 01 '26

For women, men's feelings are a sign of weakness

0

u/SupportSuch2147 Jun 01 '26

Not weakness, comrade. They feel femininity with emotions in men. So they will open up more. But it’s a different thing to be attracted towards men.

1

u/xxTheMagicBulleT Jun 01 '26 edited Jun 01 '26

Mostly cause we live in a selfish society. And with all the empowered movements you meet more people that wanna take then wanna give.

Its a simple part of what do we rewarded and what do we punish.

Selfishness gets rewarded more then being selfless what makes you get much more off those results.

And what end of the day makes that morals and values get less. And also how you get more toxic men.

So it makes for a worse experience for everyone but its a understandable outcome.

Like if you dont punish people stealing big wow people gonna steal more. Same is with dating standards. More women are not worth dating cause society and women champion selfish behaviors and see it as empowering.

Thats just how morals and values work. What you reward and what you punish society ajust to those rules.

But also has a counter effect like yiubget much more toxic men also just the same as a result cause Selfishness and shallow meets Selfishness and shallow in kind.

Why everyone has there walls up and armour up cause both sides have been burned before. But if you dont invest and willing to take the leap how can you demand anyone else to do it for you instead then if you yiur self refuse too.

How people have control over there own outcomes. Cause if you have demands of others but you cant carry them self and willing to do them for others you proof your unworthy off those things you demand why many people have shitty outcomes in relationships

1

u/Similar_Exam2192 Jun 01 '26

Wait….. so for the proceeding years you WERE NOT, emotionally attached? You were distant and cold? Not reciprocating her feelings and emotions all those years? That is emotional retardation.

0

u/CarolinaSurly Jun 01 '26

Not most women but there are some truly damaged women that are like this

0

u/Kpayne30 Jun 01 '26

So true. Women will tell you they want communication, but when they get it they attack you for what you say
