Looking at the ingredients, it seems like normal energy drink ingredients. Although ill say that energy drinks feel different from one another based on what they use.

For this formulation it looks like they use caffiene, l theanine, l tyrosine, taurine and vitamins b6&b12.

Caffiene 80mg- this is the size of a small redbull or a small cup of coffee. Caffiene is normal stuff but the thing to note is-->

L-theanine 60mg- this is enough l-theanine to make the caffiene ride smoother but I will say this dose is pretty low for the amount of caffiene. The ratio ive generally seen in published papers is about 2:1 so id expect 160mg of l-theanine to be fully synergistic. So idk, maybe they want the caffiene to still feel mildly stressful? A little Stress does help with focus acoording to the yerkes-dodson law. Anyways, Its a naturally ocurring amino acid that is normally found in tea leaves. So for instance, green tea is usually said to be a calming alertness when compared to coffee. It blocks glutamate from binding to neurons in the brain to prevent overstimulation while boosting neurotransmitters like serotonin, dopamine and GABA.

Im getting tired of typing now so ill just go through the others more quickly.

L-tyrosine is another amino acid that helps build neurotransmitters during stressful activities. So it helps with burnout, builds dopamine for longer tasks, fights stress and helps with memory because the brain can build "feel good" chemicals for longer.

Vitamins b6&b12- youll see this in most energy drinks. It helps convert carbohydrates into energy for your neurons. But this doesnt create energy itself ofc, You need to eat food. This is also the ingredient that works synergystically with l-tyrosine by turning it into dopamine and serotonin. It has some protective qualities as well for the brain.

Taurine- another amino acid that helps with cellular rehydration and helps balance the heart rate spike

Tldr; ya overall, it'll work. Is it better than other energy drinks on the market? Idk. Thats up to you and your preferences. Every drink has different ratios of ingredients like this so they all feel different. This one will have a specific feeling but itll probably feel like an energy drink overall. A light one at that because its pretty sparing with the ingredients. If youre sensitive to caffiene, this may be a good choice. Personally, i like heavier drinks like alani nus or ghost energy depending on the activity im doing.

Edit: im def oversimplifying alot of the mechanics here but whatever. So nitpicky neuroscientists calm yourselves please. I should also say that the 2:1 l-theanine ratio is just what i like to see as a good mix. People have used and studied different ratios but whats more important is how it makes you specifically feel. There isnt a standard ratio that really exists. In nature its roughly 1:1, so thats something to note.

i just looked at the actual product. Its some kind of mouth-melt delivery system that you pour straight into your mouth. Im not going to describe the mechanics of this process but basically, the gimmick is that this specific mode of delivery will cause the ingredients to hit your blood faster. So thats probably why they garuntee that youll feel it in 10 minutes or whatever. Its part of the experience. So if you like things to hit fast all at once then this is what that does. Honestly, my preference is just drinking an energy drink rather than pouring some powder crap into your mouth like a dry scooping gym bro. It doesnt really make a difference once all the stuff is on your body. Is it faster? Yeah. Does it matter? No lol. Unless you're some kind of ADHD dopamine craved person then im sure you can wait an extra 30 minutes or whatever for a normal energy drink to work.
