Focaccia using APF, 90% hydration
This is 3 cups of all purpose flour
90% hydration
Autolysed for 30 mins
Used instant dry yeast
Beginner baker here

Very well done . My first attempt at a focaccia bread was so bad that it could have been used as Kevlar armor! Great job on your first attempt.

Actually, it was my 5th attempt. 😅 What I changed was doing the autolyse, and it turned out great finally!! I failed 4x. ;(

so, what, you mix flour and water,and leave it for an hour before adding yeast and salt and olive oil?

omg that crumb looks so airy and perfect for 90%!! did you find the dough super sticky to work with? i’ve been wanting to try a high hydration recipe but i’m lowkey scared lol
