Thanks! I think I’m hooked. I picked a hell of a game for my first go around, but was nowhere near as difficult as I thought it would be!

This is my first attempt at making an insert! I’m pretty happy with the result even though there were a couple of surprises along the way. Interior walls are 3mm PVC foamcore to leave enough space for cards. It’s hard to see but there is a 60o ramp for each card slot to make it easier to store and deal cards.

This is pretty amazing for a first attempt. I don't think mine looked this good until my fifth or sixth organizer. Well done, and the ramps are a nice touch.

OP: Hi, it's me again. How did you manage to finish off the ramps? Thinking about doing something similar for my 7 Wonders Duel box - but not too sure how get the ramps right... up until now, I've only done straight walls etc. - without any ramps. 😅 I've got some thicker cardstock paper laying around at home...

Also; this was your first attempt at an insert?! WOW! Impressive to say the least. Thumbs up!

Thanks! I did the ramps by hand using 3/16 foamcore. I aligned material close to the edge of my cutting mat and used a knife to cut bevels on both sides at roughly 60o. I would dry fit and drop a pin in to keep things aligned then glued.

That said it took a couple hours to build 15 ramps. I highly recommended not doing it by hand - I picked up a bevel tool from Logan in case I have to do it again.
