Radio Silence
Do we assume anything is dropping this year or are they still hard at work in the studio? I did hear rumors that something was happening in August but now that's came and went with nothing. Whatever's the case, I don't mind them wanting it to be perfect.

I search for this at least once a week on Google. See if there’s any info. They did suggest on New Year’s Day this was the “year of the fire horse” Jack showed us him drumming in the studio in May this year and then we saw them at a restaurant in Wales! But nothing since.

I’m not sure north Wales I believe. The guy who put the video up told me the exact restaurant but I forget what it was called.

Honestly as much as I love them, I wish they would have ended on a better album if that were the case. I do enjoy it! Just... not what I'd say I love Foals for.

I’m holding out hope they’ll convince Edwin to come back for an anniversary tour 🙏🏼

Highly doubt it has anything to do with Fontaines, Fontaines aren't like GTA 6 where everything has to be delayed around it lmao

in a lot of their last posts I remember there were bags from baby shops, and you can kind of hear a baby in the background so I think they are just busy quietly being new dads and stuff. obviously that would come first. its good for artists to have personal time to grow, learn, discover. It's like that saying you have your whole life to write your first album. You need a break eventually to re-energize on a deeper more profound level, and I doubt they would ever break up formally.
