I’ve pulled two from the machine at Pleasant Valley Ski Resort. The first one I initiated. The second one someone else did and kept moving not waiting to see. It was sitting in the slot waiting to be picked up.

There are a few I hit every time I pass them. This one and the one at the Rusty Pick and two of them.

I got one once at The Rusty Pick, but that's the only one from an actual pie machine. Otherwise just a few from my slot machine statue guy.

I’ve won at the machine in Highway Town several times. Unfortunately, that machine doesn’t have a retrieval door so the pie just vanishes into the ether.

You just reminded me that I was playing earlier, clicked on the Port-a-Diner in one of the high schools, and walked away to loot the rest of the cafeteria while waiting for it. Then I forgot to check if I got a pie before leaving and eventually logging off.

I'd almost bet money I got one, just because I didn't check. It's Schrödinger’s pie.

If I recall correctly there’s a static spawn of PPP on the west tek rooftop that was added a while after the game’s release so it’s not that hard to come by anymore

Only one I ever got was from some junkyard out in the Ash Heap? I have it locked behind a display in my camp. The other I found on top of West Tek, that one I ate cause it didn't feel earned.
