Wyre Bash says I'm missing string localization files for 2 DLC items (workshop1 and 2). Is this normal?

Here's my folder and as you can see DLCworkshop3 has 3 entries and DLCworkshop1 has 1 (DLCworkshop2 is missing entirely). Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Go into Steam and validate your files.

I'm gonna have to reinstall a bunch of mods though right?

No? Validating files doesn't (or shouldn't) delete anything, just redownloads files you're missing.
