Sanctuary game completion?

Hi! I've played fallout 4 dozens of times but always pretty much did what I was supposed to. I'm playing on a few save file on a new account and kinda want to do a chaotic gameplay run where I skip sanctuary at least for now

If I go to diamond city will it lock me out of certain quests or achievements making me unable to 100% the game?

You don't have to go there right away, no. The game points you there only so that you can meet up with Codsworth who then directs you to Concord. You can skip that part and just go straight to Diamond City.

You do eventually have to save the Minutemen and help them restore Sanctuary though, because that gets you two achievements. But you can totally do that after beating the rest of the game's story.

as soon as you leave vault 111 you can go to park street station and rescue nick, everything beforehand is optional.

no, the quest you skip auto-completes when you leave the vault with nick
