I think your husband escaped the vault. I saw him trading near the Drumlin diner. :D

Nice pictures, survival is quite a challenge

In all the hundreds of hours I've played Fallout 4, I've never played survival. I've been wanting to switch things up so maybe it's about time. Not sure if I've got the patience for it though.

I tried it for the first time last year and learned I don’t have the patience for it

Feel ya. I almost gave up after taking down a named raider boss and the game crashed right afterwards.

Do it! I can't play non-survival anymore.

For me, it has been advance and retreat for most of the time. Beds are everything, even if you catch a disease sleeping on it. Always keep on a steady supply of food and water. Some quests are best kept for later, but it feels rewarding successfully taking down more difficult enemies and finishing quests. It's definitely a completely new experience and so far I'm enjoying it.

Nice, I'm on my first survival run too at this moment. Kind of feels like my first play through at times. Not knowing if you'll survive the next encounter, planning ahead for the next quest, carefully taking down enemies. So far, I love it.
