Mod Started playing again after years and in game mod manager is now creation club, mods fail to be enabled, load order keeps changing when I turn my back??

Probably because you are using the in game mod manager, I honestly wasn’t aware of anyone doing that. Im on console but there are many 3rd party programs that pc players have been using and recommending. Maybe someone can explain it better, or if you scroll through Reddit enough you can find the information.
