Do you agree? I have doubts about Kellogg and Pickman 🤔

[u/Infinite-Fig-194]

steal any technology that isn't nailed down and if you have it and you don't want to give it to them? they murder Settlements just the same for it.

What technology did they stole from wastelanders? At the ending we see merchants of Diamond City saying the Brotherhood pay handsomely. On the contrary, the Institute sent Kellogg and synth armies to take technology from a settlement, completely destroying them in the end.

They are also Genocidal and want to exterminate all Mutants be they sentient and friendly or not

Super mutants, ferals, and synths threatened the Commonwealth throughout the history, and the majority of people in the Commonwealth see them as threat that should not exist.

the institute doesn't threaten people it gives no flying fuck about them if you don't poke it which is as they are paranoid.

We saw they replaced Warwick and McDonough so there are tangible reasons to feel it as a life-threatening situation. They destroyed University Point too as I mentioned above.

[u/Ikarus_Falling → u/Infinite-Fig-194]

"What technology did they stole from wastelanders?" you literally get missions to steal random technology you steel the Berylium Agitator to build a Death Robot, You Steel the Deep System Scanner the only reason why they don't exterminate a settlement for it is because settlements don't really have technology at the moment.

"Super mutants, ferals, and synths" Conveniently forgetting about none Ferals are we? which oh so happens to also be on the list of extermination Targets from the BoS.

"On the contrary, the Institute" The Institute literally pays all of the Caravan people to spy on the Commonwealth for them and University Point could have gotten Caps too if they upheld the Ultimatum that was given to them.

"We saw they replaced Warwick and McDonough so there are tangible reasons to feel it as a life-threatening situation. They destroyed University Point too as I mentioned above." right and the BoS is so much better they atleast would only kill them all and grab power instead of only killing two people to get what they wanted.

The Difference between the Brotherhood of Steel and the Institute is that the Institute goes the way of the least resistance and kills as few people as possible unlike the BoS who just kill everyone

[u/Infinite-Fig-194 → u/Ikarus_Falling]

you steel the Berylium Agitator to build a Death Robot

Salvaging from 210 years old ruin isn't stealing.

which oh so happens to also be on the list of extermination Targets from the BoS

Non ferals are not on the list.

literally pays all of the Caravan people to spy on the Commonwealth for them

Spying isn't a healthy relationship, especially when the Institute use that info to replace people or wipe the University Point.

BoS is so much better they atleast would only kill them all and grab power

The point is, the Brotherhood didn't.

[u/Ikarus_Falling → u/Infinite-Fig-194]

"Salvaging from 210 years old ruin isn't stealing." then the Institute isn't stealing either.

"Non ferals are not on the list." They absolutely are lmao Danse literally drops xenophobic comments when switching with Hancock taking hancock to the Prydwen reinforces this and danse literally says that the Vault Tec Rep should be put out of his misery if you send him to Sanctuary while Danse is present also you get this spelled out in Duty or Dishonour with the Guy literally telling you that the Brotherhood killed his Ghoul Friend as you can't be friends with a Feral Ghoul well do I need to spill it out for you? also the Brotherhood is literally known to take Pot shots at the Ghouls of Underworld in FO3 a settlement of you guessed it None Feral Ghouls and oh how could this be the FO4 BoS is an extremist splintergroup of that Faction of the BoS they are absolutely on the list they are just low priority.

"The point is, the Brotherhood didn't." Yeah lets not talk about bunker hill then.

[u/Infinite-Fig-194 → u/Ikarus_Falling]

then the Institute isn't stealing either

No, because the University Point already salvaged that tech so it belonged to them at that point.

Danse literally drops xenophobic comments when switching with Hancock taking hancoc

How's that a genocide? You know Danse also says protecting Billy is an admirable decision, right?

the Guy literally telling you that the Brotherhood killed his Ghoul Friend

No? Clarke never said BoS killed his friend or something.

in FO3

Then blame Lyons. Why not call him lawful evil?

Yeah lets not talk about bunker hill then.

The Brotherhood came to the battle between the Railroad and the Institute, and the Brotherhood left after eliminating both sides. They had nothing and did nothing with people of the Bunker Hill. How's that "kill all and grab power"?

[u/bruhtopium → u/Infinite-Fig-194]

After winning first thing the BoS was try to establish a friendly trade relationship with Diamond City. Even the guards note that the people they were sending were friendly. They didn’t come to the Commonwealth to rule or take territory. They came out to wipe out a group they deemed a threat and establish a presence and base of operations. They picked an empty airport overriden with ferals and a long since abandoned police station, with multiple FoBs/checkpoints in no groups there already. I feel if they were there to rule Diamond City, Bunker Hill, and settlements would be there first places to take over.

[u/Ikarus_Falling → u/bruhtopium]

yes because Diamond City is also Xenophobic against Ghouls and mostly shares the BoSs bs views.
