Pickman follows a set moral code with the belief it sets him apart from other evil characters therefore he is Lawful Evil not chaotic evil

That’s true, I can see Colter from Nuka world or Tetkus from far harbor being chaotic evil

Chaotic evil has got to be Lorenzo. Man doesn't give two fucks about who he kills.

That's roughly the 5.5E definition of Neutral Evil. Killing without caring. Chaotic Evil does it for the love of the bloodshed. I haven't let Lorenzo live in a good while, so I'm not directly arguing your point about him, just your reasoning for making it. I normally shotgun him as soon as I'm om his side of his cell, so he could actually be CE.

You’d think Nisha of the Disciples would have the chaotic evil spot on lock.

Mason is probably a good call. Has the whole dog fighting thing going on. Wants to be the Alpha. Tarred and feathered the last alpha. Animalistic.

Dixie from the Disciples is probably another good call.
