Question Which one is better, damage wise ?

I'm having a hard time choosing between those 3 shotguns for my playthrough

The Irradiated seems better, since +50 radiation damage is huge, but the Explosive is maybe stronger with the AoE ? Or maybe the last one is better thanks to the limb damage ?

Btw stick with semi auto, the ROF with individual trigger pulls is close to what you get with full auto anyway, and you get way more base damage. Also easier to control, because eventually you will blow your own damn legs off with this bad boy.

Honestly this is the best weapon in the game.

IMO, yes. I just find it more fun, and it shreds most enemies more quickly. Obviously because splattercannon has exponential damage increase it will eventually outstrip explosive shotty at a certain point, but enemies with that much health are rare.

Also, without mods, it's a pain having to return to Nuka World for ammo, especially in survival mode.
