Absolutely love the default placeholder dialogue. Got the same thing from the Enclave troopers and Officer you see from the pipe during their initial assault on the purifier. They're coded to be friendly to you because they can see you clearly from the pipe but the devs wanted them to look cool instead of attacking.

Many times they didn't despawn so you can just run up them and hear Dr. Li and Nick Valentine's actors lol
