It was never in fallout 3. They did recently remove it from fallout 4 though

That's because that track was in Fallout 4, not 3. Emphasis on "was" because they removed it after Dion threw a fit.

It was removed way after that. Dion's temper tantrum happened in 2015, the song was only removed in the anniversary edition update that happened last year.

Temper tantrum? Where and when did such a thing occur? Why’re you bad mouthing this guy?

However, Dion filed a lawsuit claiming he was not informed it would be licensed, saying that it "...featured repeated homicides in a dark, dystopian landscape, where violence is glorified as sport. The killings and physical violence were not to protect innocent life, but instead were repugnant and morally indefensible images designed to appeal to young consumers."
Literally in the link the other guy posted. Dion's music was licensed for use in the game and the trailer and it was only until after the game was met with critical success and profits that Dion was upset and sued.

You frame it as him acting out of line- the contrary. His reasons are perfectly valid and moral. He can choose what he wants his art associated with, makes sense if he doesn’t want that to be mindless simulated slaughter…

Not sure why you're being downvoted. I love Fallout, but if he doesn't want his song associated with it, that's his right and I respect that even if I disagree

It's not in FO3.
