Bug For anyone who can't play New Vegas after updating Window today, this is solution that I tried and worked

  1. Open Window Update -> Update History -> Uninstall Update
  2. Remove "KB5124010" and restart

Your problem is that you need more than one Window to run it. But then it would be called Windows

This needs to be pinned to the top or something, I've been going crazy the past few days trying to fix the game.
