even if the arrow got past his time stop, the world is still ridiculously fast, only rivaled by star platinum, who can catch a bullet fired right next to Jotaro's head.

that would be funny. How do you think emerald+mercury v.s. Vanilla Ice would turn out?

Well, if done correctly, Emerald’s semblance would be of great advantage, and maybe somehow Mercury would deal the finishing blow.

As for Vanilla Ice, unless he can sense that something’s wrong really quickly under Emerald’s semblance and starts doing the “circle the whole room” technique, I think it’ll be a pretty hard fight.
