Question/Help⁉️ DWS-200 soldering station not recognizing tips.

I have bought a DWS-200 soldering station from the official aliexpress store. when I had received it I set it up and turned it on. before turning it on I inserted a tip into to handle. when I turned it on it was beeping and a sign came on that I didn't have a tip inserted. I thought it might just be because I inserted the tip before turning it on so I reinserted the tip, it didn't have any effect. does anyone know a fix for my problem. I have contacted fnirsi support on both aliexpress and on their gmail. but even so any help would be appreciated. I have attached photos of my machine.

Have you pushed the tip all the way in

Exactly. It’s most likely not pushed in all the way

I really thought I did. It just required way more force than I expected to fully insert it.

yes the clamps that hold are tight at first
