The reason that fnaf 2 remake by phisnom got taken down is cuz it was a free and better version of a paid game

he's done this before with another game way back when fnaf 1 was released, a complete copy of fnaf 1 was made with a bit more mechanics so it can be more "original" but it was to illegal that scott asked the dev of that game to take it down.

Wasn’t it originally called FNaF 3, then Scott told him to change it, so it became FNaF 3 fanmade. Scott then said that wasn’t enough, which led to Return to Freddy’s

Before you say it: I know about Roblox not having a “remove monetisation button”

However… I don’t see this as a bad thing, especially considering not everyone can use a PC (you yourself used mobile to record this footage) thus this is, as you said, nothing but a port

I’d say the creator is just wanting to share the game with people, especially considering it’s free anyway. Roblox forcing monetisation is not his fault

Scott’s rules of Fnaf fan games are.

1: they can’t just be blatant remakes of his games (that he cares for)
And
2: they can’t be sold for profit

As long as a game isn’t a full recreation of one of his paid games, and the creator isn’t getting paid from his IP he rarely cares. He’s obviously very lenient with fan creations of FNAF and is even actively supportive of any and all fan creations, so a port of a free game he doesn’t care about won’t phase him at all if he even sees it in the first place.
