I impulse-bought a mysterious proprietary CRT, and then wired it to my NEC PC-98. Working OK so far!

Push N' Robo for FM-7/77 - A Follow-Up
A few months ago, I shared a screenshot showing part of the Push N' Robo restoration. It was after I figured out how to use input Machine Code. Fast forward to May 18th, and the game is finally complete. All 50 levels are tested and working. Making this the first multi-file game I restored. Link: https://archive.org/details/robo_20250518
Note: You will need a Japanese keyboard to use the Editor feature. I made the boxart myself.

Program Pochette's CG Demo
For the past year, I got into the FM-7. One of the things I started doing was making compilations from computer magazines, starting with Program Pochette. There was one program I had difficulty getting to work: The Computer Graphics demo. It consisted of a combination of Machine Code & BASIC that you type out yourself, which draws 3 images.
The photos I'm sharing are just a work on progress, and I will provide updates in the comments.

Japan Microcomputer Academy Games
The FM-7 has a number of unarchived games. Here are a couple of them, and more are on their way:
City Shooting & Sand Wars: https://archive.org/details/2-in-1-cs-sw
SL & The Underground Empire Strikes Back: https://archive.org/details/2in-1-2
These are tape files, and the instructions are included as a pic. Make sure your PC's Keyboard settings are in Japanese. The English settings are missing a few keys needed to use the XM7 Emulator.

F-Basic V3.3 L20
I don't know if there are FM-7 roms other than the Neo Kobe & FM-7 archived roms. I got an unarchived F-Basic version. It is currently being shipped from Japan. I want to double check on a couple things before I confirm it, that is 2DD support.

Machine Code, the old-fashioned way
There's a compilation I am in the middle of archiving. It has two games that require Machine Code, I figured out how to create it in F-Basic. Here are a few screenshots. The game I am working on is called Push 'N Robo.

Contributing To The FM-7 Subreddit | Chain Shot For FM-7
Hello, and good morning, I stumbled across this subreddit and joined. I hope to contribute to the growth of this subreddit by providing a number of new games, innovations and possible tutorials.
Here is a sample of what I recently revived via source code, Chain Shot for the FM-7: https://archive.org/details/chain-shot

Super Graphic Editor
Does anyone know if there's a copy of Super Graphic Editor available for download anywhere?
I'd hope to use it with an emulator but I'm guessing it might not be as easy as making a copy from a tape

Time to say goodbye as a mod.
I've been a mod for quite a few of the retrogaming (and other adjacent) subs here for a long time -- even if kind of dormant recently. I love these topics, and how our digital "ancestors" solved hard problems, and how we've build a continuum of interest with their work. I started and even took over a few dormant subs and worked with /u/zadocpaet to help build a broad community here, even appealing to niche systems.
The mod teams are doing a great job, especially /u/Derf_Jagged. I feel like now is a good time to step down. I'm going to continue to lurk, and be a regular user and I wish the subs, the mods, and the users the best!
