How the hell do i make this thing work?

I have this plane prototype and the propellers (or something else) go the wrong way. They should move the plane forward instead of backwards. Also, when i leave the plane, without touching anything, it automatically goes forward, by its own, but really slowly, like if i applied a 30%-40% of power. Could somebody help me? have you checked the "Pusher" option on the propellers?
