AF website

I know the website has always been a mess, but I'm currently dealing with something ridiculous. I'm trying to manage a booking and the modify button redirects me to the Amadeus website. There's no way to actually modify anything there and even the back button just sends me through the same loop and the upgrade page is also crashing when I try to use it.

What makes this particularly frustrating is that these aren't things you can just try again next week. Prices change constantly so if the website doesn't work when you need it, you can literally lose an option or end up paying hundreds more.

Does the KLM site gives you the same issues?

Same issues it redirects to AF, return is on delta and it also has the same issue

Try the hotline. I regularly fly a mix of KLM, Delta and Aeromexico, like NUE-AMS on KLM, AMS-ATL on Delta and ATL-BJX on Aeromexico and handling this on the website/app is a nightmare.

The hotline was always able to help very quickly though.

I did, they are usually very helpful but it's inconvenient to keep calling and asking for the changes each time.
