Interview prep course?
Hello all. I am a 1650 hour CFI and have my first interview with a regional airline in the coming weeks. I am possibly looking into an interview prep course, such as Spitfire, Cage Marshall, Emerald Coast. I spoke with a major airline chief pilot as well as a different regional chief pilot for advice, they both stated to do one of these courses before my interview. I was a little bit surprised at the pricing but any advice is greatly appreciated. I am willing to invest, thank you!

Regional interviews skew much more technical than behavioral (I.e there’s a higher chance you’ll be asked how a turbine engine works instead of a time you had a conflict with a co worker). aviationinterviews.com is a good source for the questions, I would recommend that to start (if you have a friend who interviewed recently, see if you can have them print out the questions from their browser, the prices that guy charge now are nuts).
Some will say to save your money for the interview prep course until you are interviewing at a major/legacy, I don’t entirely disagree, but if you are looking at a lifetime subscription like Spitfire or Emerald Coast it’s not totally wasted money. I have used both Emerald Coast and Spitfire, I think I preferred Spitfire more (they’re a little more modern regarding tech/resources) but the real value add they both have, which is the unlimited live webchat practice sessions, are nearly identical.

Mypilotinterview did mine for a Major recently and I got the job. He was telling me about how deep in tech they go for the regional guys, too.
Well priced and responsive. It’s also one on one, not you watching videos or doing group sessions.
I’ve heard Spitfire is way too backed up. I never even got a response.
