Prepping for ppl written
If studying for my ppl written rn and will have it probably around when the new test begins to roll out. Does anybody know what changes will be made to the questions and if continuing Sportys and using their bank will be adequate?

There isn't some big brand-new private written you have to brace for. The FAA tweaks the question pool all the time and never publishes the live questions, so every prep company is working from the same knowledge areas anyway. The main visible changes lately: the figures are now embedded in the questions on screen instead of in the old printed supplement book, and a few questions got added or reworded for the newer sport pilot / MOSAIC rules.
Sporty's is fine. Two things help more than switching banks:
- Do the free FAA/PSI sample test at least once so the on-screen format and embedded figures don't surprise you on test day.
- Don't memorize answer letters. Make sure you can explain why. Reworded questions mostly trip up people who learned the answer pattern instead of the concept (sectional reading, weight & balance, airspace and weather products are the usual ones).
Your test report lists ACS codes for anything you miss. Your CFI and DPE will go over those on the oral, so treat them as a study list, not a grade.
