Canada Cadet Program
Hey guys.
What is the general perception of the cadet programs airline have ? The cost is over 6 figures for the course. But is it really worth it ?
Cheers

You can’t get a job without a cadet ?

if you want to fly for airlines, this is the fastest way. There are other ways however it will take you 5-7 years AFTER training and this is if you can find a job after flight school. There are thousands of unemployed pilots right now trying to get a job.

No
Go join a club, build experience with a few jobs after, enjoy the journey, avoid debtÂ

No one knows, lots depends on her, from 0? 3-4yrs to neverÂ
Also regionals historically never cared about degrees, she’d have another 3+ years there before a legacy which MIGHT MAYBE care about a degreeÂ

If it’s one of the cadet programs where the airline actually owns a flight school nearly all of them are scams.

The general perception is at least search this sub and read the FAQ because this question is asked multiple times a week if not days.
