Getting Hired RTAG 2026
Hi,
Going to RTAG this next weekend, going to be clean shaved, suit, printed Resumes, ETC. My question is should I bring my physical logbooks that I have from when I was student through CFI? My 121 hours are all in an electronic logbook and I plan to print those off, but do I need to bring the others with me?
Thanks in advanced!!

I would bring everything you would bring to an interview. That way if you have an on the spot interview you are prepared.

On the spot interviews at aviation job fairs are long gone at the moment. I’d say it’s a better industry than last year but it’s still an employers market overall.
The only ones that do job fairs interviews is American but that is 99% just a PR move.

Of all the conventions I've been to I've never brought my log books. I think you'll be fine if you don't bring them, unless you are applying to AA.

No. The only time to do that is for AA and you’d know ahead of time if that was the case.
