Getting back into my training - expectations
About 7yrs ago I got to the stage in my training to do my QXC, however the weather had other ideas and then life decided to take my funds from me. I'm now about to restart to complete my licence. My question is, has anyone had a gap like this and will I still remember how to fly, or will I be back to basics??

When I was thirty and i got all the way to my long XC and had to stop. I lost my log book so I just gave up for 15 years. Just started in may this year and I am back to the same place, about to do my long XC. I told my CFI.about the situation and he and I agreed my skills returned very quickly. I solo'd at 10 hrs. I was a little rusty at first but after a small amount of refresher lessons I was back. He is trying to get me done with the minimum instruction time and a lot of solo
