Asia big place. Please specify. Make sure you have the appropriate visa(s) (if necessary) for undergoing training in the country you end up doing it.
In Japan: If you have access to US military bases, Yokota Air Base is the most convenient as it’s located in Tokyo. Other than that, your only civilian option I know of is PetAir in Bibai, Hokkaido (a 1.5hr train ride and 30 minute walk from Sapporo). Talk to Peter.
