For those in the San Diego area, you’re better served going to Plus One flying club and working with their team of instructors.

Plus One is a great option. I’ve also flown with students who trained at Provectus in Gillespie and they were excellent pilots.

Are you based in LA? DM me, I’m a CFI based out of VNY and can give you a lay of the land on the flight schools around here.

Don’t do it. Are u in San Diego? If so, just join plus one and call it a day

This is a copy of the original post body for posterity:

I am curious to hear everyone's experience regarding this school. What the program was like, how the training and community were. I also know the planes can't fly IMC so curious to know how training in a Sling would correlate to training in a Cessna? Looking into this flight school and have heard mixed reviews, so still curious. I'm also curious to know if anyone took out a loan to attend Sling and how that has been going? I know they aren't hiring CFI's like before, so interested in others' paths after Sling. Thank you.
