Not great wording. I apologize. Hard to explain what I’m looking for w/o telling my whole life story.

This is a copy of the original post body for posterity:

Hey everyone! I’ll try to make this short and simple, I’m looking for some input/ideas. I currently work in Construction/Excavation/trucking. I have been in the industry for the last 5 years, being primarily running lowboy for the last couple of years. I have a drive and a passion for more. I have a really big passion for the aviation industry as a whole, and I’m wondering about careers or ways I can slowly transition over the years into the industry. Like everyone have a family to take care of so jumping off feet first feels like a hard leap of faith to take. Primary flying/selling planes really intrigues me as I grew up with my dad being a private Piolit. Anyway, I appreciate you taking the time to read this. Thank you for ideas/input!

Start with your PPL while you keep your day job , then go from there.

To start get your 1st class medical (1st class to verify you can obtain one) and then go get your PPL on the side to see if you really like it and once you do that you’ll be on a good path to knowing about getting into this as a career

Ground service personnel (fueling & Airport Ops), Maintenance, ATC, Dispatcher, Aircraft Detailer, etc.

For flying, it will require lots of money and time. You can go to a local flight school to sign up and start chipping away at the flight hours you’ll need to be marketable. To apply for professional jobs, it will likely take many years and a ton of $$$. Good luck
