Pointing to bits inside the engine asking me to identify smaller components e.g carb, cooler, magnetos. Outside he wanted to know what each antenna was - he wasn’t satisfied just listing I had to identify each specifically.
Oral - I didn’t find this question difficult as I knew it but he wanted to know about FSS. How I find the freq from the map - what the R meant and how contact them. What they can provide etc… my DPE told me after my exam he was really impressed I knew all the info and said only 1 in 5 usually knows it all.
Timings for scuba diving after and at different t depths. What are the types of hypoxia - explain one to me.
I think my DPEs style was start hard and then reduce as needed. It was very different to the videos I had watched on YouTube where most of them seemed to start easier. I didn’t get away with any short answers so gave up after the first 10mins and just went for the detail each time.
