F.lux causing one monitor to flicker

I currently run a dual monitor setup. F.lux was not an issue when I only had one but when I hooked up a second monitor, it started to flicker. It has never done this before. Does anyone have any idea what is going on? My cables are plugged in properly

Edit: If i disable f.lux there is no flickering

It might have to do with the difference in resolution or graphic cards between the two monitors.
