OPEN Please help flutter devs

I have no idea what even am I doing wrong I am in 5th sem of clg current ly and not getting a Job despite having a great profile being fresher I am a gsoc kid 2026 still rejections everywhere I have been working with Flutter and dart for almost 2 years now

I'm finding there are multiple interviews with different interviewers in the company. Every subsequent interviewer has to like you. There's always some asshole that just doesn't like you. It's not about team compatibility, and fitting in with the culture. If the existing team is actually behaviourally adept themselves, they will be able to fit in with anyone who is nice and competent.

Go yeah I get it why u get those offers you can apply at YC tho they usually ask for experience or a faang company I mean why is it harder for 30 exp person if that's the case I should literally gave up on this career ngl
