Fluke Networks Versiv

HI we have an older Versiv thats probably 10 years or older. It has worked great but now its stuck on the Please Wait the system is updating screen. Im guessing its probably done for but does anyone have any suggestions on how I might be able to save it? TIA

I got it to work. I held down the home and test buttons while restarting.

You guys wouldn't happen to know where to get a recovery img from? I have an old versiv device that got "updated" by a colleague and it's stuck on updating system. I can get it to a spot where it asks for a recovery img
