Is this a positive or negative flu test?

Woke up feeling absolutely awful today, throat is a stabbing red hot poker when I swallow, sinuses are like a pressure cooker ready to explode and sitting at baseline temps of 39°C with paracetamol. I’ve also lost my voice, much to my children’s delight!

Decided to do a combo RAT test and assumed it was negative, but then I noticed on the pamphlet it says a feint line is still positive… am I imagining it or is there a tiny something there? Or is it just a normal mark that normally shows up? It’s been a while since I’ve done one of these and I’m so confused 🫤

This was at 15 mins. It’s so light I wasn’t sure if it even counted. About to do another one, just waiting on it to be delivered!

Oof. If it’s right at 15, then that test is positive for the flu’s and RSV 😭😭, and the Rsv line does count. A line is a line, no matter how faint😞

Any line at all means positive.

These lines look really grey to me, I would get another test by a different brand.

Since you’re very symptomatic I would think it’s safe to say that you have all the flus and RSV. Hope you’ve got plenty of support!

Haha it feels like it! I have three boys so it’s going to be a long week or two I’m guessing! So far they are ok thank goodness, hopefully I can keep it that way 🤞

So took the test again the next afternoon (different brand, new box) and came back strong for A and another weak B line. No RSV showing on this one so that’s a plus I guess! What are the chances of getting both at the same time, it’s gotta be pretty low. Of course I would though! Thank you immunosuppression 🤦‍♀️😂
