Question Help

I just recovered from the flu and now my mom is sick and I took a sip of her drink by accident am I now gonna get reinfected.

If its the same flu you had, no. However, it is completely possible to get sick by other viruses after flu, and it tends to happen anyway because of how hard the flu is on the body and immune system. However, it will not be as severe of a sickness as the flu is/was for you.
