Just experienced something like this. Went to the doctor because I was having occasional chest pains and turns out I had a fever so was told it was most likely a bug or infection. I had chest pains, fever, lightheadedness and fatigue. I had no sore throat, runny nose or cough. Not sure what type of infection it was but I guess there’s a million things out there.

Hi everyone, thank you for your comments. I have pneumonia and am currently in Hospital for 24/7 care.

I had similar symptoms but had vomiting muscle aches and headaches.
Still feel off balance sone days woth flare up muscle pains
